There are several reasons why a purchase using NuPay for Business may not be completed, and to help you, we have listed some steps that may solve your problem:
- Check that you have installed in the most updated version the application of the Financial Institution that will be responsible for settling the payment;
- Verify that the available balance is sufficient to make the payment;
- Verify that the data entered is correct.
If your buyer has done all these steps and still cannot complete the purchase successfully, please ask him to contact our customer success team: email@example.com.
