There are two ways to contact our support, see below:
- Click on the "Support" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. In this tab, you will search for your question, if the answer you are looking for is not found or is not enough to solve your doubts, click on "Contact Us". Here you can leave a message for our Customer Experience team. To do this, just fill in your details (name, e-mail), include your question and, if you feel the need, attach a file.
- Click directly on the button "Send a request", located in the upper right corner of the screen. On this page, you only need to fill in your e-mail, subject, description of the request and, if necessary, attach a file.
Our service channels are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our Customer Service Team works from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. But beware: on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we only provide services that are considered critical for our partners' operations.
