NuPay for Business is the payment platform for e-commerces from Nubank and if you are reading this article, it is probably because your partnership with us has begun. So, welcome!
One of the first steps of our Signup Team is to send a login activation email to our Customer Panel to the person indicated as Master Administrator in the signup form.
The Administrator has a very important function: to activate your login to later create the different logins in the Customer Panel for the other team members.

But what is the Customer Panel?
It is the place where you can check your store orders, request refunds, download bank conciliation reports, access Vtex integration keys and, as you already know, create new logins for your team. For these reasons it is critical that the login be activated as soon as possible.

This process is easy and fast, there is no need for developers, all you need is for the person responsible for activation to have access to the Vtex Panel. To help you, we bring here the step-by-step configuration of Pix as a payment method in your VTEX store.

Before going live, your company needs to be aligned on some issues of operating via NuPay for Business:
- Cancellations and refunds
In NuPay for Business, cancellations and refunds are different things. Click here to learn when and how to request each.
- How soon can I receive the transaction amounts?
The settlement works with a deadline of D+1 business day, click here to learn more.
- Do I need to withdraw the amounts that I trade via NuPay for Business?
No. There is no need to withdraw or schedule any withdrawals. The amounts of orders transacted the previous day and with the complete status until 00:00, will be settled the next business day to the bank account of the company mentioned in the registration form.
- Special Pix Return Mechanism
There are two cases in which a paying customer can open a resource return request within the Pix arrangement:
- Suspicion of fraud on the merchant side;
- Suspected fraud on the payer's institution side.
