Wait for our Customer Panel login activation email to arrive. It will be sent to the person who was named as the "Master Administrator" in our registration form.
The administrator will be the only one on the team with access to both environments of the NuPay Client Panel - Sandbox for testing and production. Therefore, he needs to be aware of the message arriving in the inbox or even in spam.

But what is the Client Panel?
It is the place where you can check and cancel orders, open refund requests, download bank reconciliation reports, create new logins for your team (in the case of the Administrator), and have access to integration credentials. For these reasons it is essential to activate your login as soon as possible.

- How soon can I receive the transaction amounts?
The settlement works with a deadline of D+1 business day, click here to learn more.
- Do I need to withdraw the amounts that I trade in NuPay for Business?
No. There is no need to withdraw or schedule any withdrawals. The amounts of orders transacted the previous day and with the complete status by 00:00, will be settled on the next business day to the bank account of the company mentioned on the registration form.
- Special Pix Return Mechanism
There are two cases in which it is possible to make a resource return request within the Pix arrangement:
- Suspected fraud on the shopkeeper side;
- Suspected fraud on the payer's institution side.
