NuPay for Business is Nubank's payment platform for e-commerces and if you are reading this article, it's probably because your partnership with us has begun. So, welcome!
One of the first steps of our Signup Team is to send a login activation email to our Customer Panel to the person indicated as Master Administrator on the signup form.
But what is the Customer Panel?
It is the place where you can check your store's orders, request cancellations and refunds, download bank conciliation reports, and create new logins for your team. For these reasons it is essential to activate your login as soon as possible.

You will need assistance from your branch or platform that will need to access the NuPay Customer Panel and check some information.
To release access, go to the Customer Panel, follow this step by step and create a "Developer" profile login using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before you can start operating, your company needs to be aligned on some issues of operating via NuPay for Business:
- Cancellations and refunds

- How soon can I receive the transaction amounts?
The settlement works with a deadline of D+1 business day, click here to learn more.
- Do I need to withdraw the amounts that I trade via NuPay for Business?
No. There is no need to withdraw or schedule any withdrawals. The amounts of orders transacted the previous day and with the status "complete" by 00:00, will be settled the next business day to the bank account of the company mentioned in the registration form.
- Special Pix Return Mechanism
There are two cases in which it is possible to make a resource return request within the Pix arrangement:
- Suspected fraud on the shopkeeper side;
- Suspected fraud on the payer's institution side.
